FIRE, CHEMICAL & WATER RESISTANT
Paragon PVC ceiling strips are self-extinguishable. Unlike other PVC ceilings, POP or wood, Paragon does not catch flames nor does it spread fire.

Paragon PVC Ceiling Strip has a unique composition of 10mm thickness and a structural design that reflects sound waves around the hall, reaching the audience from different directions.

- Mat surface — Not lacquered, Not Glossy, Not Laminated.
- Smooth and natural surface shines all over the wooden pattnern. Natural wood design patterns.
Paragon PVC ceiling strips are self-extinguishable. Unlike other PVC ceilings, POP or wood, Paragon does not catch flames nor does it spread fire. Instead, Paragon PVC ceiling strips shrinks when in contact with fire. This can be useful to protect and stop flames from getting to the wooden element in the roof, or spread across the edifice.
Chemical agents, corrosion and termite resistant: Plaster Of Paris (POP) is gravely affected by chemicals while wood requires termite disinfection.
Water resistant: wood and Plaster Of Paris (POP) are not suitable for humid environment. POP dissolves in water and can’t withhold humidity.
Paragon PVC Ceiling Strips requires no maintenance, no painting, and no anti-termite treatment. POP for example, requires constant painting and patching.
Flammable and preserves room temperature. Temperature variation affects POP & wood finish.
Calcium carbonate: Calcium carbonate when used in high concentration reduces durability and lifespan of material. Paragon PVC ceiling strips has little concentration of calcium carbonate. It is mostly used by Chinese and local manufactures to reduce cost. Paragon ceiling strips has 18%calcium carbonate and 80% PVC resin while other competing brands has 80% calcium carbonate and 20% PVC resin.
Light weight & flexible: Weighs less on the cladding, structure & the walls than Plaster Of Paris (POP) or wood.
High impact resistant: withstands intense shocks & resists permanent deformation caused by applied high force.

- The reverberation enriches the sounds emanating from the choir, orchestra or MC due to its unique design and purity of the material used, the sound envelops the audience even at the far end of the hall. This product is the best for churches & music halls. At the same time, Paragon PVC Ceiling Strip act as a sound Proof component
- Lead and asbestos free: unfortunately, still used in substandard products. Banned by health organizations for causing cancer. All other PVC ceilings, locally produce and Chinese imported, contains lead, a carcinogen. While paragon PVC ceiling uses Zinc as specified by European Union as non-carcinogen.
The addition of lead is banned in the west.
Plaster of Paris (POP) for example is classified as hazardous chemical defined by the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200. Gypsum (calcium sulfate) contains naturally occurring silica crystalline (quartz), which is listed as a lung carcinogen.
